Definitely would use again

Claim was easy to submit online and Brett got back to me in a timely manner with additional supporting documents needed. Once those were submitted, our class was processed in no time. Excellent value for money, customer service and claims process!

If we could give less than one star for Zoom Travel Insurance "comprehensive" cover then we most definitely would. DO NOT waste your time or money taking out travel insurance with this mob! It is bad
