So fast And easy to claim

We had to make a claim in Thailand. We had a Aussie on the phone which made things easier. Claim was instant and funds back within days. The rest of the claim was easy to process with their simple site and they had great communication. Will use again for sure!

If we could give less than one star for Zoom Travel Insurance "comprehensive" cover then we most definitely would. DO NOT waste your time or money taking out travel insurance with this mob! It is bad
