Difficult and lengthy claims process

I broke my ankle 2 days before a ski holiday, which was insured by Zoom Travel. The claim took almost 12 weeks and a number of hours of time on my part. It was stressful and difficult. I wouldn't recommend this insurer for the claims experience and absolutely wouldn't use them again.

If we could give less than one star for Zoom Travel Insurance "comprehensive" cover then we most definitely would. DO NOT waste your time or money taking out travel insurance with this mob! It is bad
