User friendly experience from initial application for the policy, then prompt customer service all the way through the claims process. Human responses to a horrible situation outside our control, then an approval that was fast and without fuss. Thank you!

I contracted COVID 19 and an infection from a seperate condition while cruising the Sth Pacific. Due to an underlying condition I needed anti viral medication which was quite expensive. Once I return
