Painful

Tried to settle a claim while in Singapore and felt like the process took forever. Each time we had contact the different people we spoke to had to be reinformed of everything. We'd send all required documents and then the next person we speak to needs them sent again. One person would say one thing, so we make plans and then they change their mind. Painful company, like piling teeth when making a claim. Avoid!

Claim deductions false Statements

My car was damage in my driveway br drunk drive at the middle of night. I have full copy of incident reports records via surveillance camera. There was also cops was during time of incident. <br/><br/

Bloody atrocious

Absolutely abysmal service, this company should be ashamed of themselves, not paying out reasonable, lawful claims. And to take nearly 9 months to reach a decision is disgusting. I will NEVER EVER EV
