They postpone everything to the last miute
They requested same docs more than once and info not required for my claim.
They have 10 days to finalize the claim. On the 10th day, the contacted me requesting more info. Then, it restart the counting... To make the payment, same thing...
In a summary: postpone as much as possible... It is not acceptable how they are complicating my process. I should have received the payment a month ago...
