  • Your &#39;aim&#39; as you put it is not to ensure you process all customer claims at all, your companies business model is all about take the money and run. <br/><br/>Don&#39;t worry the regulators are catching up on the scam and your day will come.

  • I strongly recommend anyone having issues with this insurer, or any insurer for that matter, to make a formal complaint to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) its the only way I got any response at all from Budget Direct. <br/><br/>The more complaints AFCA receive about a recurring issue with a company the more likely the regulators will take action. Any determination made by AFCA is binding on the insurer but not on the person making the complaint.<br/><br/>As it stands now with any insurer they just take the "So sue us" approach to complaints.<br/><br/> https://www.afca.org.au/make-a-complaint/
