  • Hi Daisy, make a claim directly to the AFCA but prior to doing so send a complaint to the underwriters of your policy. Probably Auto & General. Budget Direct keep directing you to make your complaints to the IDR-Committee but again this is just them wasting your time. If you don't make a claim to the underwriters the AFCA will have to give them even more time to respond. Keep at it, we've all got the same issues. Good luck.
